helping people 'right' way

hi bob!
you posted about helping ppl in the way they want
but how to know in advance?
poster sez 'Just answer the questions posted and keep your text math-related', gets mad if you try to explain or apologize
(also does not keep his own text math-related)
promised to I will not post more than 3 questions per week moving forward but posts more
sounds insulting at other posters
asks Are you seeking help or teaching a mini lesson? when OP said post was his 'attempt'
says he's right when all he did was make a simple mistake
it can be very frustrating tryin to help some ppl
you are very sweet to be so patient with him <3
plz know that  you are appreciated!
