Because most of the customers are given dynamic address. Depends on how frequently the server sees such behavior.

Even though they are assigned a new IP they are usually rotated and it is likely you will get both of them again. That is why I am clearing them. Also, next time this happens and I am not here you can email MIF directly and explain. His email is on the front I think.
