Re: Whats my line?Hi Agnishom The limit operator is just an excuse for doing something you know you can't. “It's the subject that nobody knows anything about that we can all talk about!” ― Richard Feynman “A secret's worth depends on the people from whom it must be kept.” ― Carlos Ruiz Zafón #452 2013-02-13 23:16:48
Re: Whats my line?
Which book did I suggest?
Yep. I learnt about death note from your avatar with a reverse image search. 'And fun? If maths is fun, then getting a tooth extraction is fun. A viral infection is fun. Rabies shots are fun.' 'God exists because Mathematics is consistent, and the devil exists because we cannot prove it' 'The whole person changes, why can't a habit?' -65 #453 2013-02-13 23:27:18
Re: Whats my line? They started as novels originally but they were never published. Instead he made them into movies. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #454 2013-02-13 23:35:47
Re: Whats my line?"The curious incident of the dog in the night time"?? 'And fun? If maths is fun, then getting a tooth extraction is fun. A viral infection is fun. Rabies shots are fun.' 'God exists because Mathematics is consistent, and the devil exists because we cannot prove it' 'The whole person changes, why can't a habit?' -65 #455 2013-02-13 23:37:58

Re: Whats my line?Anything about the author?? or a few hints about the plot? 'And fun? If maths is fun, then getting a tooth extraction is fun. A viral infection is fun. Rabies shots are fun.' Re: Whats my line? Some young men discover a cricket player I think. He turns out to be a different faith than they are and that causes a lot of problems. Author was someone called Bhakra, or something like that. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. Re: Whats my line?Author = "Chetan Bhagat" 'And fun? If maths is fun, then getting a tooth extraction is fun. A viral infection is fun. Rabies shots are fun.' Re: Whats my line? That is the one. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. Re: Whats my line?It was a pretty good story. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. |
