Re: Song of the Day!

Well, it's my emoticon and I think he has clearly been called and told that he missed dinner. Hence the dropping of the phone. What else could make anyone that upset?

Re: Song of the Day!

That's the situation I said. I was going to say he missed it, but in you previous posts you said that he was just late, not that he missed it completely. Which I think would've made more sense.

Very late means missed.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the explanation, could've mentioned to me sooner, though!

Just heard the "Bird Song." It was exhilarating, wunderbar!

Re: Song of the Day!

Oh, I was going to say something about the topic!

Unfortunately there is a Paramore song that is bugging me. It's called "The Only Exception." It's the most emotionally shattering song I've ever heard.

Up, up in the air it's the bird song.
Up, up in the air it's the bird song...

This song stumped the Doc Severinsen band. So it is memorable as well as melodic.

Re: Song of the Day!

I haven't heard this song in ages but it was a staple of my childhood and it came to mind when I was having that mental breakdown the other week. I think it's by Missy Higgins or something.
I can't remember what the song is called and I only remembered the chorus of it. Which goes like this...

Am I not pretty enough...?
Is my heart too broken...?
Do I cry too much...?
Am I too outspoken...?
Don't I make you laugh...?
Should I try a bit harder...?
Why do you see,
right through me...?

Re: Song of the Day!

'Firework' by Katy Perry is my anti-suicide song.

The Scripts new song has lessened those standards. It's probably those first lines.

Re: Song of the Day!

I suppose something "festive" should be chosen for the holidays.

I have a favorite song for Christmas but its content does not permit me to post the lyrics or link here.

So, I will simply give you the name and you can find it easily on YouTube or whatever.

The song is called "Christmas in Hollywood" and its by: Hollywood Undead

This song is amazing and I love this band so much <3
Their one of my faves. big_smile

Re: Song of the Day!

Oohhhh! And to think this was the only place of escape.

The only bird song I know is the one Peter keeps singing on Family Guy. The bird is the word, I think. That one's almost as annoying  as Peanut butter jelly time.

That is not the bird song. I have provided the lyrics to the actual, real, genuine, authentic bird song.

The lyrics to the chicken song are even better. I just composed it while scoffing down a rather large piece of white meat.

Re: Song of the Day!

Oh, thank god! You've stopped talking about chicken!

I know a song, I'm finding it too my liking. It's kinda old now, by probably half a year or so. But it really expresses how I feel about some things. I dunno what it's called or who it's by, that's how long ago I last heard it.
Can you feel me,...
When I think about you?...
With every breath I take...
Every minute, no matter what I do...
My world is an empty place....
Like I've been wandering the desert for a thousand days...
Don't know if it's just a mirage but I always see your face...
I'm missing you so much, can't help that I'm in love,
A day without you is like a year without rain!....
Need you by my side, don't know how I'll survive,
A day without you is like a year without ra- -in!...

That's all I know of the song, if anyone knows what it is plz give me a yell.

I don't know, that's why I was asking. I only like songs when they express how I feel. That's how I feel at the moment. If you can't live with that, then tough.

For the last 4 days my internet provider has been having outages. I am off and on sporadically. Why on earth would I ever run from anyone?

Oh, yeah, that's right.
I think it was last week or something, we were in the middle of a conversation & I had a random power outage. Sorry 'bout that.
