Re: Song of the Day!

Aww, that's sweet.
See, this is what I mean! You're so two-faced! Fortunately, I love Harvey Dent. Not Aaron Eckheart he kinda freaks me out a bit.
But in the comics he was cool.

Missing the point again, what do they have to do with this thread's title!

Re: Song of the Day!

Here is my song of the day....

Safety Dance

By: Men Without Hats

Before Glee ruined it....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7movKfyTBII

So classic....

Lyrics:

We can dance if we want to.
We can leave your friends behind.
Cause' your friend don't dance,
and if they don't dance, well they're
no friends of mine.

Say, we can go where we want to.
A place where they will never find.
And we can act like we come from out of this world.
Leave the real one far behind.

We can dance.

We can go where we want to.
A place where they will never find.
And we can act like we come from out of this world.
Leave the real one far behind.

We can dance.

We can go when we want to.
Night is young and so am I.
And we can dress real neat
from our hands to our feet
and surprise you with a victory cry.

Say, we can act if we want to.
If we don't nobody will.
And you can act real rude,
and totally remove and I can act like an imbecile.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Everything's under control.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Doin it pole to pole.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Everybody look at your hands.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Everybody's takin' the chance.

Safety Dance.

Oh, Safety Dance.
Yes, Safety Dance.

We can dance if we want to.
We've got all your life, and mine.
As long as we abuse it,
Never gonna lose it.
Everything will work out right.

We can dance if we want to.
We can leave your friends behind.
Cause' your friend don't dance,
and if they don't dance, well they're
no friends of mine.

I say, we can dance.
We can dance.
Everything's under control.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Doin it pole to pole.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Everybody look at your hands.

We can dance.
We can dance.
Everybody's takin' the chance.

Dance.
Safety Dance.
Yes Safety Dance.
Safety Dance.
Let's Safety Dance.
Yes, Safety Dance.
Safety Dance.
Let's Safety Dance.

Safety Dance...
Safety Dance...
Safety Dance...
Safety Dance!

I still like the bird song better.

Re: Song of the Day!

The lyrics are better. The song has meaning. It provokes an emotional response. It squeezes your heart until emotional juice oozes from it.

Re: Song of the Day!

This song makes me happy. It makes me want to walk down the street in a bra and panties, with a speaker on my shoulder, blasting this song for all to hear.

And I have yet to figure out why.

Re: Song of the Day!

Yes but you will not be very happy when they lock you up for indecent exposure. The bird song does not make you public enemy number one.

Re: Song of the Day!

Actually, a bra and panties is similar to a bikini is it not? If they match relatively well, then I can pass it as a bathing suit and then I won't get in trouble!

Re: Song of the Day!

A bikini is not allowed in many other areas. If you draw a crowd, you will draw the police. Then you will be drawing on your cell wall.

Lingerie is not a bikini.Forum man says such an activity is a no no and he cannot recommend it.

Hmmmm? What could that mean? "Yes." Could it mean there is more? Could it mean there is not?

Re: Song of the Day!

You found that advice so outlandish that you needed to stick me with sarcastic barbs? Forum man is never wrong.

I did not find anything outlandish. I am naturally sarcastic. If anything, I was teasing you. In a good natured way, of course.

I see. Teasing a vicious creature is not always the wisest course of action.

Perhaps. But I do not think it is dangerous in this situation.

Hmmm. I imagine the torn to shreds gazelle thought the same thing that day when it paraded around in front of that mean old lion.
