Re: How old are you bobbym?

Hi anonimnystefy

So you want to be friends?

You know my definition of a friend?

So what can humans share? The ancient Buddhists lump love and friendship into one word, respect. I think their definition is superior to the rather vague western definition, the one being used on that thread.

Nothing wrong with my side. You stopped returning friendship.

And the other parts? Are you going to be on my side or against me?

Hi bobbym

I do not agree with that.I already explained to you why I "attacked" you.Nut I have never and I repeat

been against you.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Then let me clarify the definition. Two people who are in an adversarial situation: They can be colleagues, they can be lovers, they can be married, they can be on the same team or forum, they can be rivals, they can be enemies. Now what do you think they can not be?

The pattern of outburst, apology, outburst, apology,... is predictable and ruinous. Soon you will be in the job market. You will deal with bosses everyday. They will have authority over you, some will not like you, many will treat you unfairly. The above pattern will cripple you. Believe me, I have been fired or walked out on every job I ever had. Why? Trouble with authority. Could not take orders. I hate moderators and administrators ( other forums of course ) too, and they hate me. Want to be like that?

Hi bobbym

I will not reply to your first point, because it might go into chatting which I do not want to.I will reply to your second point to clear up the situation.

There is a difference between you and me.Despite the fact that what you say might and might not be true,I am a teenager. It is hormonal. We tend to get into fights with the authority. We get mad, furious, crazy even. That,I think, might be the truth behind all this.Maybe it is not.Maybe it is who I am.Either way I will try working on myself and fixing myself.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Nope, all incorrect reasoning. I have tons of testosterone too. Fixing takes longer than a lifetime. All you have to do is not say what you are thinking all the time. The only difference that I can see between you and I is that people have asked me to be a moderator or an administrator, to be a supervisor or team captain.

If you ever think I am a butthead then do not say it. Use mathematics to make the correct decision.

There are two options:

1)It is true he is a butthead, do I really want to tangle with or antagonize a butthead? Of course not, then say nothing.

2)It is false, then I should not call him a butthead.

You see same decision for either event. That is the correct play, say nothing.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Do you know that most changes happen at the teen age. That is when the hormones start to really kick in.

You're not a butthead,though I know that was a hypothetical example.

So P(not tell anyone that you think bad of them)=1? The set of possible events,Omega,is of one element? Okay, then.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

You underestimate me, I am a butthead, just ask anyone who knows me.

Teen, schmeen, more psychobabble. That is the kind of stuff a psychometrician shovels out. Maybe true, maybe not, who knows.

I prefer to reason about it as I have done. Tree structure is the way I prefer to think about probability. No jargon just lots of branches and no squirrels.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Hi bobbym

It is my opinion. \\About you being a butthead or not

Actually,I think they have some evidence.Empirical evidence.Just the way you like it.

Yes trees are handy.Unfortunately,it would take some time to draw those trees.I would also have to set traps if you don't like squirrels, and that would take some extra time.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

You do not have to draw the trees. They can listed like I did, there are only two branches there. Also GF's and Markov Chains are a compact way to represent a tree.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Wait just a sec.I don't know why I haven't done this before.

What if a tree has many, many branches. How would you list them? Those other two options sound better.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

A markov chain can do that. You represent the tree by a matrix. The tree is expanded by calculations on the matrix. Of course it will not look like a tree.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Could you show an example for both a GF and Markov chain representation of a tree?

In the other thread,of course.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

Apparently, Sarah has stopped posting! Yet the thread's going on. Isn't it an "exception"?

Hi Agnishom;

Sometimes people leave the forum. For jobs, dating or maybe they just get tired.

Re: How old are you bobbym?

And when you do jobs, datings you can always put up a little time because when we take a job we are not asked to do it continuously for 24 hrs.
Isn't it? And people who do jobs are also seen to be posting in this forum.
Should we hope that she will come back?
Do you know what exactly is the cause she isn't here for a couple of months?
