They claim it is based on Pade Approximants using Chebychev polynomials but I do not see it. Their method 2 is also interesting.

Eight numbers are drawn randomly from S without replacement. What is the probability that the 3 highest numbers sum to 30?

A says) It is quite rare, less than .05.

B says) Not really, it is quite common.

C says) I am getting .05 too.

D says) According to my calculations it is 2.25, but I think that is a little low.

E says) It is almost 1 / 2.

When sorted, it must be  * * * * * 3 8 9 ?
