Thanks to the Bible I’m glad I’m not a woman.

I Corinthians 14:34 wrote:

Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

I Timothy 2:12 wrote:

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp the authority over the man, but to be in silence.

You’re right, Bob. And I remember about a year or two ago there was a hoax story about some verse in the Bible being discovered on Mars etched on the rocked surface. The scary thing is that I know a couple of people in real life who actually believed the story to be true! eek

Now I want to be fat too – and earn some extra cash.

Notice that

[/*]
That’s pretty useless to us. What we need is more than that: we need to show

[/*]
In order to do that we show

[/*]
Let’s see what the OP says.

Why not? We’re dealing with sequences here, aren’t we?

Hi;

Yes, that is true but notice that you also made the decision to treat n as an integer. If you did not then the limit would not exist.

I agree.

[/*]

definitely does not exist. But

[/*]
does – since in this case we ignore all values that are not the image of integer n.

Here’s what I did on Excel:

Of course the it is! It’s the sine function.

For continuous functions f, yes:

[/*]
In fact this is part of the definition of continuousness!

This is a tricky one. Consider

[/*]
Hence

[/*]
