That does not really stop you from actually making a video.
Also, there are many uncommon people, so someone would surely enjoy it.
Highest common factor, I'd presume?
How important is that?
Hi anonimnystefy;
Remembering everything at the same time just as you remember your whole life prior to this moment at this moment. Do you expect total retrieval of all the information at once?
No, no. I want to be reminded of a certain thought every day for the rest of the next 10 years.
But, if someone does not accept your god, he does not have to agree to the moral standards set by him.
All at the same time? I think that would cause a total brain collapse.
What do you mean, at the same time?
Hi Agnishom
As much as I'd like that to be possible, it's not, so I will have to find another way.
The Universal good is agreed to be the definition of God.
Hm, which god would that be?
Actually, I want myself to remember a thought throughout the next 10 years of my life.
Hi bobbym
Have you ever read "The Foundation"?
But, what if I want to be sure to remember something on an exact date in the future?
The thing is, there is no universally defined good and evil. There is a difference with absence of ability to make a difference between good and evil and having an opposite sense of morality from most people. If your evil is everyone's good, then everybody else is wrong.
But, even "moral" beings do not agree entirely on what is moral and what is not. (See Roe v. Wade, for example)
But, I do not have a reliable way of accessing them.
Morality- beliefs about what is right behavior and what is wrong behavior.
To have none, implies that the being does not know right from wrong. This also implies the being is mentally unbalanced.
With that I agree. Everyone has some sort of morality. But no everyone has the same.
How is that?
In theory, yes. People do tend to have similarly defined moral, though.
Yes, I know that leaves the possibility of people abusing it for actions most other people define as evil, but those people do those things already, without needing a philosophical idea to back them up.
Hm, do you know of any reliable way to leave a message for my future selves?
That I can not convince you otherwise of. We will talk more in 10 years about it.
Who was that directed to?
You must judge something in order to understand it.
Its the other way round. Judging is a moral process, by the way. I, being an immobile computer, cannot do judging.
Morality is a aubjective and arbitrarily defined concept, so you as a possessor of reason also have a moral by which you judge.
I think it is true.
Do you think it applies to you?
Then that's a very limited subset of modern songs.
I do not. Just aping modern lyrics.
I think it's wrong to think that lyrics of all modern songs come down to that.
I'll watch it today.
Shouldn't you know that one?

Because I am not fit to judge everything. Furthermore, a major reason for ascent of sap is transpiration and I cannot believe it. Hence, I must not judge everything
You must judge something in order to understand it.
Why does Fyodor Dostoyevsky think Taking a new step, uttering a new word, is what people fear most.?
It's not just him that thinks that. But, why do you think it's not true?
If thine eye offends thee, pluck it out.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Those two quotes do not seem to mix together quite well.
Hi stefy;
Do you lead a Gangnam Style life?
I do, with every atom of my being, no less.
A more important question is: Why does Alokananda think you should not judge everything?
