I'm trying to figure out how to apply an expression.  When dealing with Sin and so forth but I don't even know how to ask the question smile I'm hoping someone can help me it deals with expressions in software programs and how to type out the expression as I have no clue, hopefully someone has a insight as to the direction I could take which hopefully could narrow down my question to more specific smile

Thank You

Thank You.

So if that model was 3 ft long that means the actual boat is 30 ft long.

- How do you figure this out ? I'm a little confused by that sentence.

If I said to you my car model is 1:25 could you tell me the actual size from a 1:25 scale ?

I understand because 2 can go into 6 and 16 but there is nothing that can go into both 7 and 16.  Alright thank you.  Excellent forum.

I was informed if you measure something that is for example 45 7/16 inch you should reduce the 7/16 by the lowest common denominator but what would that denominator be for 7/16. I can't divide a even number into both numbers?
