How can I find out how many combinations there are when you assign a number to different names and the number has a maximum limit to all the combinations?

For example, if the value of Joe is 50, George is 78, John is 134, Jeff is 250 and Scott is 600.  How many combinations of 3 people would there without exceeding a total value of 700.  What would be the formula for that and is there one on a website?
