infinity is 1/0 not 0/1
(2/3) / (3/4) = [(2/3) / (3/4)] x [(4/3) / (4/3)] = (2/3) x (4/3) = 8/9
If u are unsure u can sub back your answer see if u get a answer close to zero.
(most likely won't be zero since theres some rounding up and down)
(9x-18+3x)/x(x-2) = 18/ x(x-2)
The base is now the same so u can cancel them off
(12x-18)= 18
x = 3
