You might write the remainder as -2/3. The quotient is 3x^2 + 13/3.

I think it was right but I wrote it wrong like 3x^2 + 0x - .66/3x-1 and he just marked it wrong because of that.

I came up with 3x^2 + -.66/3x-1 and was mark wrong.
