Cool. Without a question I can make up my own answers:
1 pig = 2 cows
1 chicken = 1.6 cows = 2 shells
The most valuable thing seems to be a monkey.
1 monkey = 3 pigs = 6 cows = 3.75 chickens = 7.5 shells

~ 1 monkey = 3 pigs
~ 6 pigs = 12 cows
~ 16 cows = 10 chickens
~ 25 chickens = 50 shells
