I think it happened before you started visiting. How is the hiking going? Are you physically well?

Stir frys, bakes beans, soups, chilis, just about anything.
Any other uses that you know for them?
They are the best to use because you can use them in almost anything.
I remember them they are supposed to be shaped like kidneys. I will start with them.
There are lots of different red beans. Kidney beans, Honduran beans, Azuki beans. red rice beans. All sorts. My favorite are kidney beans.
I will try it then. They sell what look like red beans here. Ever heard of them?
Beans in soup is GREAT! My favorite soup has beans, potatoes, and bacon!
You don't NEED to soak them, but it makes the cooking process go quicker. And some recipes actually call for soaked beans. If you don't soak them, the cooking time will be wrong, and some recipes will tell you how long to soak the beans first. Not all, but some.
